Jetion Solar’s production focuses on crystalline silicon wafers for bifacial PERC modules using self-developed patented cellular technologies(at passivation, the use of multiple junction and metallized printing technology, etc.).

In addition, in 2020, the company launched the ultra-high-efficiency PV module of the “Jeniü X” series. These modules use high-density flexible contact interconnection technology that allows for ultra-thin panels, but not only that.

The technologies developed by Jetion Solar
TOPCon Cellular Technology (Tunneling Oxide Passivation Contact)
This technology provides exceptional surface passivation. The ultrathin oxide layer blocks minority recombination in the poly-Si layer. Jetion Solar’s R&D team has implemented Topcon technology on c-Si solar cells with different types of conductivity that increase photoelectric conversion efficiency by about 0.5 per cent.
HJT cellular technology
After PERC cells, this technology, which is based on high efficiency and low degradation, is the leading solution for photovoltaic cell generation. Currently, Jetion Solar is engaged in the development of low-cost mass production mode of HJT cells.
Silicon-based Stacked Cell Technology
Compared with the single-junction solar cell, the theoretical efficiency of the multi-junction solar cell can be up to 45% higher. As a result of the company’s research and development efforts, it has been possible to arrive at silicon-based multi-junction solar cells to offer modular, customizable solutions and cost-effective solar products.
